About Eduvier

Eduvier is a specialized educational organization dedicated to

students aged 3 to 20 with specific support needs. With 15

We offer a wide range of services to schools in Flevoland and approximately 600 employees

educational programs, ranging from special education to job-oriented programs.

Our core values are involvement, participation, and knowledge sharing, with a strong

focus on collaboration with municipalities, youth services, and mainstream

educational institutions. Every child in Flevoland and the surrounding area deserves a place in school

The role and the challenge

Due to Eduvier’s growth and increasing complexity, the Executive Board

expanded to a two-person leadership team. As a new member, you will focus on the

further professionalization of the organization, with a special focus on:

• Strategic and forward-looking business management.
• Financial policy and sustainable financing.
• Housing and facility management processes.
• Organizational development and change initiatives.
• Eduvier’s positioning within regional and national networks.

You will form a collegial board with the current director and work closely together

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an inspiring leader with strong analytical skills who

is communicative, a team player, and decisive, and has a natural calmness

exudes. You have experience in operations, finance, and/or facilities management

management and organizational development. You are able to make strategic decisions

operate within a complex social and administrative landscape. In addition,

You have:

• Administrative or senior management experience in education,

healthcare or a similar sector.

• Extensive experience in IT, digitalization, and leveraging technology

in primary processes and operations.

• Political and administrative sensitivity and strong

stakeholder management skills.

• A proactive and coaching leadership style.
• An affinity for special education and Eduvier’s target audience.
