
At Eigenwijks, we focus on everything that matters to residents, with the goal of making a significant contribution to creating livable and socially strong neighborhoods. We do this in collaboration with a dedicated board, approximately 60 volunteers, 35 staff members, and hundreds of active residents. Together with all these active residents and professional partners, we are constantly working to build social networks in our neighborhoods.
You ensure that our 35 employees across five locations can perform their work efficiently and effectively and find fulfillment in their jobs. You inspire your own team of 6–7 employees to continue growing in their roles and give them the space and freedom to do so.
You will be responsible for the following processes: financial administration, purchasing, sales, facilities management, administrative support, IT and automation, payroll and personnel administration, HRM, communications and PR, and the day-to-day operations of our De Serre location in Osdorp, which is managed by two staff members working alongside volunteers.
As a team leader, you are part of a close-knit and supportive management team consisting of the director and three team leaders.
