As an Integral Manager, you have overall responsibility for the IPS & (Employment) Participation area of expertise and lead the managers of the three teams of program coaches and counselors within Roads (the IPS, Reintegration, and (Employment) Participation teams). You focus on quality, innovation, and development with the goal of providing strong, future-proof services to clients. You translate social and financial developments into strategic policy and focus on growth, professionalization, and improvement.

As an Integral Manager, you will be part of the core management team, alongside two other Integral Managers and the director. You will lead three team managers and, together with the teams under their supervision, help put Roads on the map. Together, you will drive the growth and development of reintegration and IPS, both within Roads and Arkin and beyond.
