Do you want to make a real difference in mental health care and contribute to sustainable reintegration? At an organization where social commitment and a results-oriented approach go hand in hand? Do you have strategic insight and experience in IPS, reintegration, and (labor) participation in mental health care? Then this position at Roads, part of Arkin, is the perfect fit for you!

As an Integral Manager, you have overall responsibility for the IPS & (Employment) Participation area of expertise and lead the managers of the three teams of program coaches and counselors within Roads (the IPS, Reintegration, and (Employment) Participation teams). You focus on quality, innovation, and development with the goal of providing strong, future-proof services to clients. You translate social and financial developments into strategic policy and focus on growth, professionalization, and improvement.

Your role:

  • Managing and coaching team managers within IPS, reintegration, and (labor) participation;
  • Develop and implement strategy and innovation within Roads and other Arkin specialties;
  • Establish new (strategic) partnerships with other mental health organizations and social service agencies;
  • Ensuring sound business operations, including the implementation of annual plans, production targets, and budgets;
  • Leading projects and change initiatives to strengthen and modernize our services.

We offer you:

A challenging and strategic role within a socially responsible organization, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of clients and the growth of Roads.

We also offer:

  • Terms of employment in accordance with the CAO ggz, pay scale 65 (min. €4,272 and max. €6,504 gross based on a 36-hour workweek);
  • This is a position for 32 to 36 hours per week for one year, with the intention of converting it to a permanent contract thereafter;
  • An end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, 8% vacation pay, and you’ll build up a solid pension plan with the Healthcare & Welfare Pension Fund;
  • A good work-from-home policy that provides compensation for days worked from home;
  • For commuting and business travel, you will receive a second-class transit pass, which can also be used for OV-fiets, or a mileage allowance;
  • Discounts on insurance from Univé and Centraal Beheer;
  • A flexible benefits plan that allows you to use your gross salary for additional vacation time, a bicycle purchase, and supplemental travel expenses;
  • For your well-being, you’ll receive an annual wellness budget of up to €100 (for full-time employees working at least 18 hours per week) and access to the Nrgize platform to participate in activities such as boot camp, yoga, and salsa dancing. You’ll also get unlimited access to Good Habitz’s online courses.

What do you bring to the table?

You have an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset, as well as in-depth knowledge of IPS, reintegration, and (labor) participation within mental health care. You know how to motivate people, can easily switch between strategic and operational levels, and maintain a clear overview in a dynamic environment. We would also be very interested in receiving your application if you:

  • Have at least a relevant associate’s degree, preferably supplemented by knowledge of and experience with business and financial-economic tools, as well as the healthcare sector (addiction treatment and/or psychiatry), and a management program;
  • Have extensive experience in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare, vocational rehabilitation, or social services;
  • Have experience with business processes, financing, and relevant laws and regulations;
  • You have strong communication skills, are attuned to organizational dynamics, and are able to build support.
