As HR & Office Manager at Doornroosje, you play a central role in our organization. You are responsible for keeping our HR policies up to date and implementing them, providing administrative support to the entire organization with your team, and advising the executive board and management team. You connect the various departments by guiding their managers through performance review cycles and recruitment and selection processes, advise on employee training and development, and play an active role in preventing and managing absenteeism. You ensure that everyone is well-informed about relevant information, from the strict and efficient maintenance of employee records (AFAS) and internal communication (SharePoint) to the initiation of internal newsletters. In doing so, you collaborate smoothly with management, administration, and the marketing & communications department.
You are approachable, know exactly how to maintain the line between personal and professional, know how to motivate people and address their behavior, and can pass these skills on to others. You’re resilient, positive, and proactive; you don’t mind working outside of regular office hours from time to time; and you switch effortlessly between collaborating with management on the staffing budget and advising the party committee on organizing the company outing. And all of this in the dynamic environment of our beautiful concert venue.
