We are looking for an HR Manager to take the lead in the HR department. You are enthusiastic and confident, and eager to work on developing, implementing, and monitoring an innovative HR policy that contributes to achieving Next Nature’s strategic goals.
We also work together to continuously improve the employee experience. You’ll have plenty of autonomy and will be actively involved as part of the management team. You’ll do all of this in collaboration with our HR representative.
What will you be doing?
- Determine what is needed for the next phase of the Next Nature organization.
- Responsible for employer branding and recruitment
- Continue to work on making the onboarding process and employee journey as efficient as possible
- Every HR task you can think of.
- Leading the performance management process in an inspiring and enthusiastic manner.
