From Vermeer’s *Girl with a Pearl Earring* to Rembrandt’s *The Anatomy Lesson * and Fabritius’s *The Goldfinch*. Nowhere else in the Netherlands will you find so many impressive paintings per square meter as at the Mauritshuis. We are a small museum with a large collection of 17th-century paintings and even greater ambitions.
Our goal is to make the Mauritshuis a place where everyone feels at home—regardless of age, background, or knowledge of art. We want to show that our paintings—even though they are hundreds of years old—deal with themes that are still relevant today: love, inequality, power, and beauty. We are an innovative museum that seeks to connect the present with the past from a variety of perspectives.
In connection with the expansion of the HR department, we are looking for a results-oriented and strategic:

You will help devise ways for the Mauritshuis to retain and engage employees so that we consistently have the right person in the right place. In this way, you contribute to the job satisfaction of our employees—and your own! In addition, you will focus on the further development of DigiHR, establishing modern and efficient digital HR processes. As an HR Business Partner, you are well-versed in current laws and regulations, identify opportunities, and know how to leverage and implement developments in the HR field for the Mauritshuis. Together with the current HR Business Partner, you form the HR team; both of you report to the Business Director. No two days are the same for the HR Business Partner; the work is highly varied and suits a hands-on HR professional who thrives on variety and challenges!
