Center for Cultural Education

Rotterdam (KCR) is committed to providing relevant cultural education every day

Schools in Rotterdam. We do this on behalf of the City of Rotterdam, based on

the shared belief that arts education makes a difference in the lives of

children and young people. Based on the belief that cultural education broadens their horizons

and helps them move forward. Now, but especially later, when they are adults and in

a world we can't even imagine yet.

KCR is a learning and dynamic organization consisting of four

Departments: Client Relations & Consulting, Research & Development, Operations

and Marketing & Communications. We focus on three core tasks, which are closely

Your role as Head of Research &

Development

As Head of the Research & Development Department, you will lead a team

of passionate and experienced professionals, and you’ll work closely with partners in the

city. Your responsibilities will include setting up impactful research

and ensures that the results are widely shared and applied. You
