
With a history spanning nearly 900 years, the Pieterskerk in Leiden is one of the oldest national monuments in the Netherlands.
The Pieterskerk Leiden is a social enterprise and relies largely on its own revenue. This revenue is generated, among other things, through cultural and commercial activities. The Pieterskerk Leiden operates with fully digitized and transparent management and is equipped with all modern (technical) facilities. The history of the Pieterskerk Leiden will be rewritten in the coming years, with a special focus on women’s history, socioeconomic history, and Leiden’s history of slavery.
The Head of Culture & Operations is responsible for preparing and monitoring the overall budget of the Pieterskerk Leiden. In addition, cultural programming and commercial rentals are central to the role, with a strong focus on relational, logistical, organizational, and budgetary aspects.
