Atria is the research institute for women's emancipation and women's history. We collect and manage

sources on gender equality, women's movements, and women's rights, and make them widely available

accessible to the scientific community and society. As an independent research institute, Atria bridges the gap

What will you be doing? 

As Head of Communications & Relationship Management at Atria, you are the linchpin of the communications process. In

communications, campaigns, content, and online media. You will also be responsible for the

activities/results in the areas of relationship management and fundraising.

Who are you? 

You are a professional with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role, where you

have demonstrated experience in internal and external communications, including

crisis communication. You also have knowledge of and/or experience with relationship management and

fundraising.

You have proven leadership experience and thrive on developing a team. This

combine this with in-depth knowledge of strategic and operational communication and extensive

experience in project management. You have excellent communication skills, both

both written and verbal, and you have a proactive and creative mindset that you combine with a
