As Head of Communications & Relationship Management at Atria, you are the linchpin of the communications process. In
In this role, you will develop and manage the strategic communications policy, ensuring consistency
key messages and a strong brand identity and positioning. You advise and support the
the executive board and management team (MT) on communication and relationship management issues and manages
communication regarding strategic business objectives and crisis communication.

Internally, you will strengthen the organization by improving internal communication and encouraging
promoting transparency and organizing events and meetings. Externally, you will work on
increasing the organization's visibility and reputation through targeted campaigns and

You will develop annual plans and achieve the goals within the agreed-upon deadlines and budgets.
In addition, you will act as the client for external parties and monitor the quality of
communications, campaigns, content, and online media. You will also be responsible for the
activities/results in the areas of relationship management and fundraising.
You are a professional with at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role, where you
have demonstrated experience in internal and external communications, including
crisis communication. You also have knowledge of and/or experience with relationship management and
fundraising.
You have proven leadership experience and thrive on developing a team. This
combine this with in-depth knowledge of strategic and operational communication and extensive
experience in project management. You have excellent communication skills, both
both written and verbal, and you have a proactive and creative mindset that you combine with a

This is a position of 32–36 hours per week for a period of one year, with the possibility of
