We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring Head

Supported Programs with a vision for supported programs. Someone who is part of the team

manages assistants, team leaders, and museum educators and works closely with them

with the planning department.

The Rijksmuseum tells the story of 800 years

Dutch history. We explore it through a collection of over 1 million items

exhibits, exhibitions, and education. The Guided Programs Department

works with a team of approximately 80 expert museum docents to present the collection every day

brings it to life and makes it meaningful to as wide an audience as possible. We

want to reach as many visitors as possible in a personal way, speaking to their minds, hearts, and

to appeal to the senses.

What will you be doing?

You are responsible for the organization and quality of the many

museum docents and actors. A large number of them work in

  • A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,801 to €
