To further strengthen our growth and social impact, we are looking for a Finance & Control Manager who can use their knowledge, precision, and dedication to further professionalize our financial processes and business operations.
You will become part of a team of 26 dedicated professionals. As Finance & Control Manager, you will be part of the Organization & Finance team, alongside the Executive Secretary/Operations Manager, a Contract Manager, and a Project Lead for Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) & AI. You will work closely with colleagues in the program teams and report to the Executive Secretary/Operations Manager.
You will play both an advisory and an operational role in the financial field. You will ensure that our financial records are up-to-date and reliable, assess the feasibility of project budgets, monitor compliance, and contribute to a sound, transparent, and future-proof financial organization.

The Goldschmeding Foundation offers a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package. We initially offer a one-year contract, with the possibility of extension to a permanent position. The salary for the Finance and Control Manager ranges from €5,031 to €6,749 (gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience). You will receive a laptop and a phone allowance. In addition, we offer a competitive pension plan, a 12% Individual Choice Budget (including vacation pay), we encourage the principle of Lifelong Learning with a study budget, and you can travel easily with your NS Business Card.
