Experienced concert producer

The pioneers,

innovators, big names, and (young) talents from the Dutch and

from the international jazz scene will perform at the BIMHUIS. These musicians will be warmly

Experienced concert producer

As a concert producer, you have a particularly keen sense of

organization, systems, and processes. You handle all practical and administrative,

logistical, financial, and technical matters related to production

You are responsible for receiving, supervising, and transporting

of artists. You have experience with

fundraising, administrative processes, and contracts. You will

concert budgets and are responsible for budget management. As

the producer is regularly present during the concert.

You are the point of contact for musicians, management, and colleagues;

You also have strong social skills and are able to work independently,

but also a team player, driven by a strong sense of responsibility for

the entire process. This position is certainly not a 9-to-5 job, but it is a

office job.

You

• thinks and works at the college level
• speaks and writes well

  English and Dutch

• have demonstrable production experience

  experience in the music industry

• You are independent, meticulous, and

  accurate

• arranges and organizes
• has

  strong social and communication skills

• are proficient in Excel and

  planning systems

• are proactive, flexible, and able to handle stress,

• are a team player
• are open in your communication, empathetic, and transparent
• lives in Amsterdam or
