In this challenging role with opportunities for growth, you will be responsible for designing and streamlining HR Services. This means you will lead your team of nine colleagues through the improvement process. You will ensure well-structured HR processes and systems and strive for an efficient workflow focused on excellent service delivery. Together with your fellow team coordinators and the department manager, you will further shape the role of coordinator, exploring whether it can evolve into the (slightly more senior) position of team leader.
We’re looking for someone who, with a solid understanding of , a healthy sense of humor, plenty of energy, and the necessary composure (you don’t let things get to you easily), can build connections with colleagues both within and outside the department. You’ll engage others in your work in a proactive and enthusiastic manner.
You will be responsible for addressing various urgent issues, where streamlining processes and effective and efficient collaboration are crucial.

The Human Resources (HR) department is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of (strategic) HR policies. In addition, the department supports managers in implementing HR policies and contributes to the sustainable employability and development of employees. The department consists of 35 dedicated employees led by the HR Manager. The HR Services team is part of the HR department. The direct management of personnel and payroll administration is the responsibility of the HR Services Team Coordinator. This includes the payroll administrators, the personnel administration staff, and the AFAS functional administrators.
