As Cluster Manager for Client & Services at CJG Rijnmond, you will help build a future-proof youth healthcare system. You will provide direction, connect professionals, and ensure that our services truly meet the needs of parents, children, clients, and partners. This new position reports directly to the Board of Directors: a substantial management role with strategic impact.

Our organization is in the midst of a broad transformation toward a more effective, agile, and smarter structure. As part of this process, we have revamped our structure, culture, and working methods and introduced new roles, including that of cluster manager. In the new organization, we are recruiting three cluster managers who will collectively shape our direction, collaboration, and future development.

Where will you be working?

Support for the biggest challenge of a person’s life. That’s what we stand for at CJG Rijnmond. Because parenting is a responsibility that can sometimes feel overwhelming. And anyone who has ever been a child knows: growing up isn’t always easy either. We’re here for parents and caregivers who have questions. And for the children and young people who could use a little support. We’re always close by: during pregnancy, at the well-baby clinic, in the classroom and beyond, until they turn 18.
A healthy and safe childhood for all children in Rotterdam-Rijnmond: that’s what we’re committed to every day. Our organization is in a phase of renewal. We are in the midst of a broad transformation in which we are working to become a more effective, agile, and smarter organization. The changes in structure, culture, and working methods are preparing us for the future. A structural change was recently implemented, introducing new roles, including that of cluster manager. As part of this new structure, we are recruiting three cluster managers for the Service Bureau, Client & Services, and People & Organization clusters. As a cluster manager, you will join us at a time when direction, collaboration, and further development are taking shape together.
