In the coming years, our focus will be on embedding digital transformation into Portaal’s strategic direction. This means we’re going beyond technical innovation: we’re connecting technology, data, and people to create lasting social value.
For this transition, we are looking for a CIO: a visionary leader who can bridge technology, strategy, and collaboration to shape Portaal’s digital future.
As CIO, you are a member of the leadership team and report directly to the board. You develop and implement the digital strategy and ensure that it is fully aligned with the organization’s goals. In this role, you serve as the lead on strategic issues related to data strategy, innovation, architecture, information security, and technology.
You will lead the Digital Transformation department (approx. 50 FTE), which consists of the CIO Office, Change & IT teams, and staff functions (CISO and EA). Together with your colleagues, you will foster digital collaboration throughout the organization, from executive management to operational staff, and strengthen Portaal’s agility and innovative capacity.
