KRO-NCRV is a public media organization. We create stories that inspire, provoke thought, and help people find their way in a world full of questions. Not by offering ready-made answers, but by creating space for new perspectives. As a campaign manager, you’ll demonstrate what KRO-NCRV stands for—through programming and brand campaigns that resonate, connect, and ensure our content reaches the right audience.
You’ll work on programs like *Pointer*, which exposes wrongdoing and makes complex topics accessible, as well as audience favorites like *The Passion*. You’ll also develop brand campaigns that strengthen the image and purpose of KRO-NCRV. Additionally, you’ll initiate and implement collaborations with social partners that contribute to our visibility, relevance, and impact.
As a campaign manager, you translate social and editorial themes into creative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience’s lived experiences. You know how to reach target audiences, how to measure impact, and how to carefully select the right mix of resources for each campaign, with online channels often playing a key role.
You’ll work closely with the brand manager, editorial teams, online specialists, and external agencies. You’ll bring it all together: from strategy to creation, from planning to performance. In doing so, you’ll ensure brand consistency in form, tone, and image.
You’ll be joining the Brand & Promo team, which is part of the Communications & Brand department. It’s a passionate team of colleagues, including a brand manager, event producers, marketing communications consultants, and promo directors. Together, we promote our programs and build a strong, socially engaged brand.
In the Communications & Branding and Digital & Marketing departments, you’ll work alongside specialists in online, social media, data, research, promotions, events, and internal and corporate communications. Outside the department, you’ll collaborate closely with editorial teams, producers (both in-house and external), and nonprofit organizations. You’ll report to the brand manager.
According to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel, this position is classified in pay scale H. The salary depends on age and experience and ranges from €3,862.06 to €5,926.19 per month for a full-time position of 36 hours per week.
