Wikimedia Netherlands is part of the global Wikimedia movement. The movement’s flagship project is Wikipedia—but there’s much more going on: this volunteer-driven movement is dedicated to promoting free knowledge.
For more than a decade, Wikimedia Netherlands has been a sought-after partner for museums, libraries, research institutions, and higher education institutions that want to share their knowledge and collections with the world.
Wikimedia Netherlands supports volunteers who edit Wikipedia in the Netherlands or contribute to free knowledge in other ways.

We are looking for two new board members with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Wikimedia Netherlands aims to promote cultural diversity in the broadest sense. We therefore explicitly call on people with a non-European-Dutch cultural background to express their interest.
