Theater Koningshof is home to various local and regional organizations, such as Muziek@Maassluis, Dancestudio M’Joy, and the Jeugdtheaterhuis, which offer people of all ages the opportunity to discover or further develop their talents. Day-to-day management is handled by a director and an enthusiastic team. The foundation’s board provides guidance on policy development from a distance and oversees the organization’s operations. Board members contribute their own expertise and professional networks to this effort. The boardmeets 4–6 times a year. In addition, each board member has a specific area of focus that informs their activities and contacts. The time commitment is approximately 4–6 hours per month.
Due to the departure of several current board members, we are now looking for new board members. We believe it is important for the board to consist of members with a variety of relevant expertise. We expect each board member to actively contribute to all matters discussed by the board.
Theater Koningshof aims to increase diversity within its board and organization and to serve as a true reflection of society. This is an unpaid position.
