Mores.online is the independent reporting center for all professionals in the creative and cultural sectors who have experienced or witnessed inappropriate behavior. It is a central, accessible place where anyone in the creative and cultural sectors can share their story. Those who report incidents are assisted by independent, certified confidential advisors. Organizations can contact Mores.online to obtain information and seek advice on social safety and improving workplace culture.
Mores.online was founded in 2018 by stakeholders within the sector as a temporary reporting platform. It has experienced such rapid growth that the time has come to grant the platform permanent status. Taking this step presents an exciting challenge. As previously announced, the current board is making way for a new, proactive board that will continue to develop Mores.online with a vision toward becoming a future-proof organization.
The position of board member is currently unpaid.
Mores.online is looking for board members who are willing and able to engage deeply with the cultural and creative sector, but who do not work in this sector, come from it, or hold a position of authority within it in any other way.
