- Operation of the fire alarm system, as well as coordination and communication in the event of an emergency;
- Can be deployed as part of the company emergency response team (CERT);
- You will work irregular shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
About you
- As a receptionist, it’s important to be able to provide emergency response services, so a first aid and emergency response certification is required. Don’t have a valid certificate (yet)? We’d be happy to schedule a first aid and emergency response course for you;

- Hospitality & Safety. In addition to welcoming employees and guests, you must also pay attention to safety and the associated systems.
- We use a variety of automated systems, so experience with these types of systems is important. If you have an interest in this field but little experience, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
- For this position, we are looking for someone with excellent written and spoken proficiency in both Dutch and English, as we work with many international colleagues within our organization;
- On-call duty is part of the job, which means you must be able to arrive on-site within 30 minutes. You must therefore live within this travel distance.
Are you up for the challenge of playing a supporting role within this unique artistic and international environment? Do you enjoy working evenings and weekends? And do you have an affinity for opera and ballet, or are you curious about these art forms? We encourage you to apply. Dutch National Opera & Ballet embraces diversity and inclusion.
