For the Fundraising & Relationship Management department, we are looking for a colleague who will focus on relationship management and guest policies for premieres, performances, galas, and other major special events at the Dutch National Opera & Ballet. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for key external stakeholders, including grant providers, sponsors, partners, donors, and other contacts of the management or the organization. Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for the entire process surrounding the guest policy for our opera and ballet productions: from the initial planning meeting through to reception and seating arrangements in the auditorium. In this role, you will work closely with all fundraisers and the data manager on the team as part of an enthusiastic and driven team. In addition, you will serve as a central hub within the organization and maintain frequent contact with various other departments, including the management and the marketing, communications, and sales department.
The ideal candidate is a sociable, energetic, and proactive person who enjoys networking. You are a natural at building relationships, and hospitality comes naturally to you. In addition, you possess excellent digital and communication skills in both Dutch and English, as well as attention to detail and flexibility. We are looking for a colleague who combines enthusiasm with a big-picture perspective and a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.
