assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of policies and strategic decisions,
with a focus on financial accountability and risk management.

The Supervisory Board meets an average of six times a year, in addition to
committee meetings and working visits. The appointment is for a term of
four years, with the option of a one-time extension. The compensation is
in accordance with the guidelines for supervisory roles in education.
scheduling
We plan to hold one round of discussions on Thursday, March 6
2025 between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. in Purmerend. If necessary, an alternative time can be arranged by mutual agreement.
The second round of talks will take place in week 12. The Supervisory Board will
ensure a smooth transition and a good start for the new member.
