At KION, everything revolves around early childhood development. We provide children ages 0 to 13 with a safe, challenging, and inspiring environment so they can grow into self-confident and engaged young people through play. As a social childcare organization, we reinvest all of our revenue into the quality of our care.
We do this with 1,500 dedicated employees at over 180 locations in Nijmegen and surrounding municipalities, guided by our core values: together, curious, play. Our 2024–2028 business plan focuses on delivering recognizable KION quality at all locations, strengthening equal opportunity, sustainability, and inclusion, and securing a strong position in a competitive market.
