The organization

Greenpeace is an independent, international environmental organization. We take decisive and creative action to create a green and sustainable world. We stand up to companies and governments that harm the environment and fail to do enough to protect our planet. Our independence is essential. That is why we do not accept financial support from governments or companies.

Greenpeace Nederland

Greenpeace Netherlands is led by a collegial team of two executive directors who share overall responsibility for the entire organization. It employs approximately 100 people. Greenpeace Netherlands is supported by 517,000 supporters, including 320,000 donors and 1,600 volunteers.
