With over 650 colleagues representing more than 30 nationalities, we work together every day to enrich the lives of as many people as possible through the wonder, beauty, and meaning of opera and ballet. Every detail counts, which is why we value craftsmanship in every part of our organization. Would you like to use your experience and enthusiasm to contribute to this?
You are an experienced executive assistant who is accustomed to working in a dynamic environment and thrives on providing optimal support to the CEO. You will be responsible for managing his schedule and will be involved in preparing for and taking minutes at meetings. You will work closely with the assistants to the opera and ballet directors, and you will support and coordinate planning matters with the head of the strategy and policy department. You will also be in regular contact with external parties such as (the offices of) city council members, government agencies, sponsors, and international fellow directors. You will schedule appointments, coordinate the flow of information, and ensure that processes run smoothly. In addition, you will provide secretarial and organizational support to the Board of Trustees.

You have extensive experience in a similar support role and feel right at home in a fast-paced environment where quick thinking is the norm and plans can change unexpectedly.
