The Performing Arts Fund is the cultural fund for music, theater, musical theater, dance, and festivals in the Netherlands. On behalf of the national government, the Fund provides support for all forms of professional performing arts. Our organization is committed to fostering a vibrant performing arts scene that appeals to as many different people as possible and is at the heart of society. We do all this with a focus on artists and performers from diverse genres and generations. The Performing Arts Fund offers multi-year support, various programming and production grants, individual contributions, and programs to stimulate new initiatives. In addition, the Fund is involved in the international promotion of Dutch performing arts. The organization consists of approximately 80 permanent staff members and a large pool of external advisors. As a workplace administrator, you manage the digital workplace and the digital work environment. This includes laptops, telephony, peripherals, software, and infrastructure such as Wi-Fi, firewalls, etc. The digital workplace is based on Microsoft 365 and Workspace 365.
You are customer-focused, flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented. You are accustomed to working in a results-oriented manner and have a professional and driven work ethic. You are excellent at planning and organizing your work and communicate effectively.
