
Would you like to help ensure that complaints and appeals within vocational and higher education are handled carefully and fairly? Then we’re looking for you! The Complaints and Appeals Committee for Vocational and Higher Education has openings for a new vice chair and two new members, effective September 1.
The Complaints and Appeals Committee for Vocational and Higher Education (KBMH) is an independent committee established by Onderwijsgeschillen on behalf of its member vocational and higher education institutions. The Committee handles both complaints regarding specific conduct or actions and appeals from students or staff regarding decisions made by the educational institution.
As of September 1, 2026, the Commission has openings for a vice chair and two members. These are part-time positions that require an average of one day per month.
As (vice)chair, you will oversee the handling of complaints and objections and, together with the committee members, ensure that the committee’s recommendations are clear, understandable, and accessible.In addition, you will coordinate with the other chairs, members, and the secretariat regarding the quality of the committee’s recommendations.
