In this two-year program, you’ll gain hands-on experience in various departments while focusing on your personal and professional growth. A rising star today, a professional tomorrow.
The talent program starts in November. Over the course of two years, you’ll work on various assignments in different teams. Together with you, we’ll explore which assignments are a good fit for you. These don’t necessarily have to be assignments that directly align with your education or work experience. We’ll focus on your ambitions, skills, and talents! From devising innovative housing concepts to coordinating elections. And from AI, data, and digitalization to improving our services.
In addition to your assignments, you’ll work with a group of enthusiastic, talented colleagues on your personal and professional development. We’ll provide you with a comprehensive onboarding program so you can get to know Heemskerk and the organization. You’ll also participate in engaging workshops and training sessions. Each quarter, we’ll focus on topics such as collaboration, communication, and personal leadership.

- Friday, July 3 and August 21, 2026: Information sessions, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Sign up if you’re curious about the workplace, have questions, and want to get to know us.
