
As an IT Service Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for your colleagues. You are responsible for receiving, logging, and resolving questions and incidents, or escalating them to the appropriate person.
The VO-Raad and PO-Raad share certain back-office tasks, such as IT. You will provide support to colleagues at both councils who work every day to advance the interests of primary and secondary education. They do this from our office in Utrecht or from a remote workstation.

The opportunity to further your professional development and make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of secondary education. You will be working as part of a close-knit team. The VO-raad is offering a 0.8 FTE position with a salary in scale 8 of the CAO VO (minimum €2,683 and maximum €4,055 gross per month for full-time employment). In addition, you can count on an excellent pension (ABP), an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, and 53 days of leave (including public holidays).
Initially, we are offering a temporary position, with the possibility of a permanent position.
