To achieve this goal, the Stedelijk Museum is currently seeking an experienced

The Project Office is responsible for the planning, execution, coordination, and finances of all exhibitions, collection presentations, and performances at the Stedelijk. The department consists of 5 project managers, 3 project assistants, and 3 exhibition installation floor managers, who report to the Project Office Manager. The Project Office Manager reports to the Executive Director.
As a senior project manager, you will perform the following duties:
You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree. You have at least 5 years of experience as a project manager (or in a similar role) at a cultural institution, where you have successfully managed complex exhibitions involving international loans. You have extensive experience managing multidisciplinary (international) teams and are well-versed in international museum standards. You are inspiring, results-oriented, decisive, skilled in the financial management of projects, and able to constructively hold colleagues accountable for agreements and responsibilities.
Ideally, you live in Amsterdam.
