
As a secretary, you will be working in the Ombudsman and Confidential Matters Department. This department plays a vital role in fostering a safe and healthy learning and working environment at Amsterdam UMC.
In this role, you will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day processes and activities of the ombudsman, the Ombuds and Confidentiality Advisors, the project leader, and the department’s confidential advisors.
Your responsibilities will include:
You have a friendly, welcoming, and approachable demeanor toward your colleagues both within and outside the Ombuds and Confidential Matters department. You have a good sense of relationships, enabling you to navigate effectively at various levels within the organization. In addition, you enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team.
You will be working as part of a small team. In addition to you, the team consists of the ombudsman, two advisors for ombudsman and confidential matters, a social safety project manager, and nine confidential advisors for inappropriate behavior and integrity.
