In South Africa, hundreds of strong women work tirelessly every day tofree the most vulnerablechildren from the prison of poverty. We affectionately call them MAMAS.Every day,theyprovide 77,712 children with care, food, education, medical care, and, above all, lots oflove. The MAMAS Children’s Fund supports these amazing women through long-term financialaid and by sharing knowledge.
The “projects team” consists of a project portfolio manager in the Netherlands and a countryrepresentative in South Africa, and we are looking for a project assistant whocan handle project administration and supportinastructuredmanner. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for providing optimal support to theMAMAS and their organizations in South Africa and ensuring optimal accountability to ourdonors in the Netherlands.You will be in direct contact with the MAMAS in South Africa toensure thatthecollaboration with Kinderfonds MAMAS runs as smoothly as possible. In this way, youwillhelp themmake a difference for the children in their programs.
