Who are we?
The West Brabant Library provides library services to eight municipalities in West Brabant (Bergen op Zoom, Halderberge, Moerdijk, Roosendaal, Rucphen, Steenbergen, Woensdrecht, and Zundert). At our community and educational library, our primary focus is on providing access to lifelong learning for everyone, at every level, in our rapidly changing society.
The Program Manager for Education (Ages 0–18), together with seven other program managers—covering Municipal Affairs, Digital Literacy, and Lifelong Learning—is responsible for developing and implementing a library-wide, integrated program focused on reading promotion, digital literacy, basic skills, and information services. They make up a significant portion of our organization’s management team.

You will share responsibility for securing state and local grants that will enable us to further realize our goals.
Internally, you will liaise with the program managers for Municipalities, Digital Literacy, and Lifelong Learning, and provide advice to the management team.
