Production Assistant

We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team on September 1, 2023, to help develop a new sketch series and the new family quiz show *Back to the Hype *.

What will you be doing:

• Contacting actors and casting extras for the shooting days;
• Finding suitable filming locations and arranging catering for the cast and crew;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for production on set during the shoot;
• Attend editorial/production meetings;
• Assist the producer with facility planning, creating call sheets and shooting schedules, and managing scripts, breakdowns, and the processing of filmed footage;
• Finalizing post-production;
• Handling financial and administrative tasks related to production;
• Assist in searching for and requesting archival material through sources such as Shutterstock, Beeld & Geluid, or other broadcasters;
• Manage and monitor program administration, including maintaining log data, entering metadata, and archiving video footage and rights information.

• Preferably with some experience as a production assistant on studio programs;
• Hold a Class B driver's license;
• Willing to apply for a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

Here's what we offer:

• A contract from September 1 through December 31, 2023. Depending on knowledge and experience, this position will be compensated within salary grade F (€2,495.39 – €3,670.21) of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement.
