More about this organization
A man wearing glasses is sitting at a desk in a modern office with plants in the background, smiling.

Are you a fan of fiction with impeccable financial acumen and a knack for planning, prioritizing, coordinating, and organizing? And do you have a deep understanding of the challenges involved in producing TV series, feature films, and web series? If so, we’re looking for you!

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Prepare schedules, budgets, and final accounts (for in-house productions) or review them (for co-productions) and closely monitor progress;
  • Drafting contracts and handling negotiations with external parties;
  • Coordinate applications for grants and subsidies;
  • Prepare subscriptions, enter budgets and contracts into AFAS, and process invoices;
  • Ensuring the smooth delivery of productions;
  • Maintain an essential network of internal and external partners, such as directors, independent producers, the NPO, funding organizations, film festivals (including coordinating submissions), production support companies, and other colleagues in the industry.

This is you:

  • An energetic, proactive producer with expertise in drama and an established network, or someone capable of quickly building one;
  • You know how to read complex budgets;
  • You have experience negotiating contracts with a wide range of parties, such as producers, freelancers, actors, and agents;
  • A flexible team player who can also work effectively on their own;
  • Solution-oriented, communicative, responsible, meticulous, and able to handle stress;
  • A fan of drama productions in the broadest sense of the word

Here's what we offer:

A temporary contract through December 31, 2024. Depending on your knowledge and experience, this position will be compensated within salary grade G of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement. The other terms and conditions of employment are also in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for broadcasting personnel.

You’ll also be joining a small, close-knit, and friendly team that works hard to create meaningful and engaging productions, driven by a shared love of quality drama. Of course, group outings to premieres and film festivals are part of the fun!
