
As a producer at the Concertgebouw, you’ll be working at one of the world’s most beautiful concert halls, in a place where there’s something new to experience every day. You’ll be responsible for producing the concerts in the Concertgebouw’s In-House Program and the projects of the Education and Participation department, which are developed by the Artistic Affairs & Education department.

You will serve as the point of contact for musicians, technical and stage crew, and colleagues both in the lead-up to the concert and on the day of the event. With your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and experience, you will ensure that the musicians can deliver their best performance and contribute to the Concertgebouw’s mission to offer our visitors a diverse, high-quality program.
Your main duties and responsibilities are:
You will be part of the Production Department, a dedicated and vital team of nine colleagues. The team is responsible for staging the concerts and projects for In-House Programming and Education and Participation. The Production Department is part of the Production, Venue Rental, and Events Department.
