We are looking for an HR Talent Development/Recruiting Specialist (m/f/x) ( 32–36 hours per week) for our HR department

Here's what you'll be doing:
- Coordinating training programs and courses
You’ll be the central point of contact when it comes to planning and organizing training programs; - Fostering personal developmentYouare the driving force behind developing our employees’ talents. You listen to their aspirations and help them find the right learning paths to achieve them;
- Sparring Partner and Process Improvement Specialist: Togetherwith your colleagues in the department, you’ll work on developing and improving work processes. You’ll bring fresh ideas to the table and help foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement;
- Team BuilderYouassist and support the team builders in staffing decisions, identify the required skills of employees based on the schedule and programming, and translate this into a team composition that is optimal in terms of both quality and quantity. You will expand, maintain, and strengthen a network of freelancers and temporary staff and provide advice on the recruitment and selection of program staff. You will provide substantive advice on contracts for freelancers or temporary staff working on programs;
- RecruiterAsa recruiter at NTR, youare the go-to specialist focused on the core of recruitment: attracting new and suitable talent. The focus of this role is on identifying and reaching new target groups. In doing so, you advise the organization on job profiles, job postings, how to approach the target group, and the use of recruitment tools and channels.
This is you:
- A project-oriented go-getter with administrative and organizational skills that fully support your forward-thinking approach;
- 3–5 years of work experience in an HR role;
- You’re a great team player: together, we’re better! When working with others, you’re open to their ideas and ensure that your expertise and enthusiasm lead to the recruitment of the right candidates;
- You’re a skilled networker: you easily make new connections both within and outside the NTR. You know where to go to reach new networks and other target audiences;
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to build connections;
- If you have held a programming position, that is a plus;
- You are interested in and familiar with developments in HR policy, particularly in the areas of diversity and inclusion.
Here's what we offer:
A one-year contract with the possibility of permanent employment. Depending on your knowledge and experience, this position is classified within salary grade G (range between €3,118.48 and €4,757.41) of the broadcasting collective bargaining agreement.
