At the Wondersteboven Child Care Center in Bezuidenhout, we work closely with the school to provide the best possible support for children’s development. Until the summer of 2024, we’ll be in a temporary building, with lovely indoor spaces and fun playgrounds nearby. After that, we’ll be moving into a beautiful new building! In our new facility, we’ll be opening a daycare center with a baby group and a preschool group. We’re looking for colleagues who want to join us in building a new team!
The core of our educational philosophy is “We see you.” This applies to the children, but also to our staff. In this new team, you’ll be able to work together to shape what your day looks like (within the framework of 2Samen’s vision, of course). You have the talent to respond to the children’s needs in the moment and view them through a positive lens. The Sofiapark and the Haagse Bos are within walking distance, and you regularly take the children on outings there.
Are you passionate about learning through play, do you love innovation, and are you committed to ensuring equal opportunities for every child? If so, please stop by for an interview. We’re eager to discover what other talents you bring to the table!
You have a big heart for children and connect easily with people. You’re also good at adapting to the different groups in the neighborhood. You get energy from children who need your educational support and want to make a real difference in their lives.
You’re also decisive, down-to-earth, and a true trailblazer! You take a positive approach to your work and have strong verbal communication skills in Dutch. Not all of our children speak Dutch at home. If you speak a second language, such as Arabic, Turkish, Surinamese, or Ukrainian, that would be a huge plus!
Of course, you also have a degree that qualifies you to work in childcare, such as PW3, PW4, Early Childhood Education, or Education. A VE diploma is required to work with the toddler group. Don’t have one yet? No problem—you can earn it at our expense.
Our employees are our top priority. Every day, our teams work together to ensure the children have a wonderful day. Many of our colleagues say their team feels like family. As a non-profit childcare provider, we work every day to provide appropriate care for every child, and we do not operate for profit. We invest everything we earn in the quality of our care. And are you looking for more depth in your work? There are plenty of opportunities for that, too! Together, we contribute to the world in which children grow up.
