In this position, starting in September 2024, you will enroll in the fully funded, full-time Fire Officer training program at the Netherlands Institute for Public Safety (NIPV). Here, you will be trained as a Fire Officer over the course of 18 months. - Personaldevelopment as a professional
After completing the training program, you will regularly be assigned as the Officer in Charge for various incidents, ranging from accidents involving hazardous materials to building fires.
The Zaanstreek-Waterland Safety Region is deeply rooted in the community. We are committed to fostering an open culture that embraces diverse talent, as teams with diverse members perform better. Our goal is for our organization to reflect the community in all its diversity.

- You are physically fit, you can swim, and you have no fear of heights or enclosed spaces
- You have a Class B driver's license,

A fully paid training program, a dynamic work environment, and a salary of up to €4,043 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek.
