To strengthen the Mobility and Transportation sector, we are looking for a: Researcher | Climate Policy Advisor for Mobility and Transportation (junior – mid-level)
As a researcher/advisor, you will work with colleagues from the Mobility and Transport team on research and advisory work related to climate policy for the mobility sector. You will contribute to projects in which we advise European and national governments, companies, industry associations, and NGOs on current topics such as: zero-emission transport, vehicle emission standards, the use of non-fossil fuels, the (sustainable) future of aviation, and sustainable urban mobility. Under the guidance of experienced project leaders, you will conduct policy studies in small project teams, work on assessing the environmental impacts of measures, perform technical or policy analyses, and/or develop tools and models. Based on your interests, you will work in one or more of the following areas: passenger and freight transport, aviation and shipping, sustainable transport fuels, and/or urban mobility.
CE Delft offers an informal and non-hierarchical work environment. You’ll work in rotating teams on a wide range of projects in the field of sustainable mobility, with the opportunity to specialize in specific topics over time. You’ll do all of this as part of a young team of sixteen colleagues from various disciplines who are passionate about their work.
