
MDL Fund is looking for an enthusiastic and flexible go-getter with strong organizational skills who is eager to roll up their sleeves and juggle multiple tasks at once.
As an office manager, you are the CEO’s right-hand person. You are responsible for managing her schedule and do everything you can to lighten her workload. You don’t need to be told twice: when she asks for something, you take the initiative and find the necessary information on your own, whether it’s a phone number, a contact person, or the right department. You think ahead, act proactively, and ensure that she can focus entirely on her core responsibilities.
You will also assist with scheduling meetings for the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee. You will do this in consultation with the executive secretary. You understand the complexity of the various meeting structures and are able to maintain a clear overview and set priorities.
The role of office manager is an integral part of day-to-day operations, which means you not only support the CEO but, as a true jack-of-all-trades, also assist your colleagues with a wide range of tasks. This includes liaising with the facilities department, ordering office supplies, arranging catering, and organizing thank-you gifts.
In short, this is a versatile and varied role in which you will support the day-to-day operations of the organization. You will be working in an organization that makes a meaningful contribution to the quality of life for all Dutch people living with gastrointestinal diseases.
