
In this varied role, you will serve as a key point of contact, ensuring that practical matters are properly organized and handled internally. You will stay informed about what is happening and ensure coordination among the various teams. Because you will maintain both internal and external contacts, you must present a professional image. You will organize and take minutes for meetings of the supervisory board and the management team. In addition, you serve as the point of contact for schools and translate their needs into the most suitable program. To do this, you ensure you are well-informed about the available options and think creatively when customization is required. You have the challenging task of processing requests in the booking system, arranging (external) locations as needed, and monitoring everything through to invoicing.

What do we offer? Avaried and independent role at a dynamic cultural institution. You will receive a competitive salary in accordance with the Museum Collective Bargaining Agreement; pay grade is based on your education and experience. In addition, you will receive an 8% vacation allowance and a 3.4% year-end bonus. The position is initially for one year, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
