Would you like to help make a difference in society?
Come work at the Goldschmeding Foundation.
Our team of 14 employees works partly in the office and partly from home. We organize four events a year for our project partners and our network. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Office Assistant who can ensure that everything runs smoothly.
The Goldschmeding Foundation is a philanthropic fund established by Frits Goldschmeding, who is also the founder of the Randstad Group. The foundation is committed to bringing about lasting change in the way people work and collaborate, based on the belief that we all benefit when we look out for one another.
Drawing on its expertise, donations, and network, the Goldschmeding Foundation supports promising initiatives that demonstrate, through tangible results, how things can be done differently. Together, we work toward lasting change to create an inclusive labor market, sustainable employment, and an economy that respects human dignity.
As an Office Assistant, you’ll handle the day-to-day operations at the office. The Foundation is constantly evolving, and you’ll be working in a dynamic environment. That’s why we’re looking for someone with strong organizational skills who can keep track of everything and enjoys thinking on their feet. You’ll work closely with the Personal Assistant to the Board Chair, and you’ll cover for each other during vacations. In addition, you’ll be responsible for all operational matters related to organizing our events, from finding venues to creating the schedule for the day itself.
The Goldschmeding Foundation offers competitive terms of employment. The Office Assistant’s salary ranges from €2,912 to €3,641 (gross, based on a 40-hour workweek) and depends on age and experience. We offer a varied role in a social, dynamic environment. In addition, we provide everyone with an Individual Choice Budget and promote the principle of lifelong learning through a study budget.
The Foundation is an inclusive organization; it doesn’t matter to us where you were born, what you believe in, or who you love. We’re curious about your talents, what makes you special, and how we can work together to contribute to your success and development—and that of the Foundation.
