We are currently looking for an operations
Social Services Staff Member
As a social services staff member, you will provide practical support for the implementation of our social services programs.
You will contribute to:
- Co-organizing programs in the social sector;
- The day-to-day operations involved in the preparation and implementation of these programs and activities;
- Supporting social services staff in conducting workshops, training sessions, and consultation hours, such as Digisterker and Digivitaler;
- Training and mentoring our volunteers in the social services sector;
- Maintaining student records.
Job Requirements:
- You are enterprising, customer-focused, flexible, and results-oriented;
- You have knowledge of and an affinity for the target audience in the social sector;
- You are familiar with our programs, workshops, and similar initiatives in the social sector;
- You have strong communication skills and a knack for organization;
- You will help improve the quality of our services;
- You are responsible for ensuring the quality of the process of making and documenting service agreements;
- You don't wait around—you take the initiative;
- You have a vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking.
We offer:
- A challenging job in a dynamic work environment: we are an organization with 150 employees and 150 volunteers, comprising a mix of young and old, with an informal work atmosphere where we care for one another;
- a position for 24–32 hours per week. Initially, this is a one-year contract that will be renewed if the candidate proves to be a good fit;
- a salary based on pay scale 5 of the Public Libraries Collective Bargaining Agreement (minimum €2,102 and maximum €2,968 based on a 36-hour workweek, job profile: Service & Information Assistant III);
