
The Service Desk Associate plays a multifaceted role at Wooncompagnie. As part of a small team, you’ll support your colleagues in their day-to-day use of IT resources and facilities, be on hand to welcome guests, and handle a variety of administrative tasks. This makes you the linchpin of Wooncompagnie. We’re currently looking for a new team member. Will you join our team?
You know better than anyone how to help your colleagues with questions about their Surface devices, mobile phones, and other digital tools. It starts with the workplace management tasks you handle together with a colleague: you set up devices and help new employees get started with them.
When colleagues have questions or issues related to IT and facilities, you ensure that the report is logged in TOPdesk and resolved. Sometimes it involves applications and hardware, other times a malfunctioning access door. You log the report and request additional information if necessary. Often, you can resolve the issue yourself. If not, you ensure the request is directed to the right person (colleague or vendor). Of course, you also monitor whether the report is resolved in a timely manner.
You’re not only an important point of contact for your colleagues, but also for visitors. At the reception desk, you welcome guests as they arrive. You check them in with the person they’re meeting and make sure they feel at home. You also handle the mail. You scan incoming mail and route it to the appropriate person or department. You prepare outgoing mail for shipment.
Your responsibilities also include providing administrative support related to fire safety. You will retrieve the appropriate drawings from the archive and record the relevant information in a PowerApp or SharePoint. You will manage the email inbox, send confirmation letters to third parties, and monitor follow-up actions.
