What will you be doing?
- You are responsible for managing the website and its content, both technically and in terms of content;
- You will maintain the website, ensure that it is fully up to date, and synchronize it with the online campaigns that are launched. You will also focus on the content development of the website;
- Together with your colleagues on the PR team, you are responsible for editing and distributing the CODA newsletters;
- You will work with your colleagues to plan and execute online campaigns and develop content strategies for social media. You will also analyze the results together with your colleagues;
- You will serve as the point of contact for matters related to our digital services, both internally and externally for our customers and visitors;
- You will maintain internal systems (Microsoft Dynamics and Afas), the CODA Library catalog, and various apps;
- You identify new developments in your field and translate them into applications for CODA;
- You will edit content for the CODA website, social media channels, and partners’ online media channels. You will also be responsible for managing the visuals for these communications.
Your expertise & strengths
- You have a college-level education and way of thinking, have completed a degree program, and have relevant work experience;
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a keen sense of current events;
- You are results-oriented and committed to quality. You are decisive, proactive, and self-reliant. You recognize opportunities and possibilities and act on them;
- You have experience creating content for and managing various social media channels;
- You have knowledge of online marketing (SEO, SEA, affiliate marketing, advertising via Meta Business Suite, link building, email marketing, etc.) and can work with partners to apply this knowledge to CODA’s needs;
- You have knowledge of and are proficient in various content management systems, and you’re comfortable coding certain online environments yourself (knowledge of HTML);
- You are familiar with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and can work with Microsoft Dynamics for marketing. You are also familiar with tools such as JIRA (project tracking software). Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere) is a plus;
- Experience with or a background in photography and video production is a plus, as is knowledge of podcast production;
- The CODA website will be redesigned in the near future. Experience with such processes and a basic understanding of user interface design (UX) are also a plus.

- A competitive salary based on the Public Libraries Collective Bargaining Agreement. You will be placed in pay grade 8 (minimum €3,042 and maximum €3,863 gross per month for a 36-hour workweek). The salary depends on your knowledge, experience, and skills;
- A package of attractive benefits and services, including a membership to the CODA Library, free admission to the CODA Museum, and reimbursement of your commuting expenses. Initially, this is a 12-month employment contract.
