About the team

You will be part of the Operations team and will work closely with the Head of Operations. The Operations team is responsible for the support functions within the organization (finance, IT, and facilities) and the operational processes of the Museum Card.

The financial administration is handled by an external accounting firm, and for IT, we work with various vendors.

  • Together with the Head of Operations, you will oversee the planning and control cycle and provide support in preparing quarterly reports and forecasts, as well as in preparing the annual financial statements and the audit.
  • You will independently perform administrative tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable management, and contract management.
  • You will serve asthe primary point of contact for museums regarding questions about billing and administrative matters.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the CRM system and office network are up to date and functioning properly, and you maintain contact with the external system administrator for this purpose.
  • You will provide support in optimizing and automating administrative and other processes within the organization.

  • Preferably, knowledge and experience working with Exact Online.
  • You're comfortable using Microsoft Excel.

  • Position under the Museum Collective Bargaining Agreement, pay grade 9/10, with a salary range of €3,087 to €4,028 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek;  
  • A commuting allowance, a work-from-home policy, and, of course, a Museum Card for yourself and to give away.
