
Do you like things to be organized and well-structured, enjoy working with systems, and find it important that everything is accurate? If so, you’re the person we’re looking for to join our membership administration team.
As a membership administration assistant, you’ll ensure that our records are and remain in order. You’ll update member information, process payments, and verify that data is current and complete. We rely on your attention to detail and organizational skills. If you see a way to streamline a process, we’d love to discuss it with you.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus, and you have an interest in digitization and automation.
You will be part of the Service Line and Membership Administration team, along with two colleagues from the Service Line and one colleague from Membership Administration. You will report to the team leader of this team, which is part of Milieudefensie’s Communications and Fundraising Department.
Milieudefensie staff work partly from home. We meet both online and in the office.
