As a customer service representative, you are the primary point of contact for customers. You ensure that they have a positive experience with Boom uitgevers Amsterdam. You will respond quickly and effectively to questions from various target groups—including individuals, institutions, students, and teachers—via phone and email. You will also ask the right questions to ensure you find the best possible solution. In addition, you will enter customer and sales data and process sales orders and returns in our information system.
At our historic office on Prinsengracht in Amsterdam, you’ll work in customer service alongside several colleagues. Boom uitgevers Amsterdam is part of Koninklijke Boom uitgevers. We are a transparent and informal company with about eighty employees, where you’ll be given a great deal of freedom and trust. The fields and markets we focus on?
