
The Concertgebouw is one of the most visited concert halls in the world, hosting over 900 events and welcoming more than 730,000 visitors each year. The acoustics of our halls are world-renowned; nowhere else does classical music sound more beautiful. But we offer much more than just classical music: you can also enjoy pop, jazz, film music, hip-hop, children’s concerts, and much more. We are responsible for 95% of our own revenue. As a Customer Service & Sales Associate at the Concertgebouw, you’ll be working at one of the world’s most beautiful concert halls, a place where every day brings something new. You’ll play a key role in the interaction between the Concertgebouw and its visitors. The Concertgebouw’s visitors are a diverse group: there are many regulars, but you’ll also interact with new visitors, including many international guests.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:
You’ll be part of our diverse Customer Service and Sales team, which consists of 17 dedicated colleagues of all ages and backgrounds. The team is led by a coordinator and an assistant coordinator.
We are starting with a one-year contract, but we intend to extend it indefinitely.
